  • Our college timing is from 9:15 am to 4:00 pm at Solan Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital.
  • In a day 5 classes and two practicals are held every day.
  • Each class is a duration of 45 minutes and each practical is a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Projects are given for every subject through a group activity.

SOLAN HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL came into establishment in 2002 with the objective of providing good health care, medical education and attaining safe health of the people of Himachal Pradesh and neighbouring states. The main aim of the Health Trust of India is to provide affordable way to health care, and providing Homoeopathic medical education and also creating health awareness among the people, many of whom are economically stable and have little or no health facilities especially in the rural areas. Solan Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital imparts quality Homoeopathic Medical education to all the students and also serving the ailing humanity at root level to decrease the sufferings of mankind by providing safe yet economic Homoeopathic treatment and friendly counselling to the people of Himachal Pradesh and other states as well.

Roshan Lal Jindal, The Chairman and other learned members of the trust. The Health Trust of India is committed to the promise that every human being has the right to Health, Education and thus economic independence. To fulfill this commitment to the society, this trust began its debut venture by establishing Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital at Solan, in the year 2002 with the objective of providing comprehensive health care, medical education and thus attaining wellness of the people of Himachal Pradesh and adjoining states. How To Reach

Daily Trains Are Available From Delhi And Other Major North Indian Cities To Kalka (Haryana), About 12kms Near From Solan.

 Admission Process:

Admission to the First Prof. of B.H.M.S course (Session 2016-17) for state quota as well as Management quota seats shall be made on the basis of Merit List of Joint Entrance Examination for Ayurveda & Homoeopathy courses, conducted by H.P. University at different locations  as per schedule mentioned in prospectus being published online on HPU website shortly. 

Eligibility For Admission To B.H.M.S-1st Prof. :

  1. The candidate should have passed 10+2 from H.P. Board of School Education or from a recognized Board or equivalent degree/examination passed with Science [Medical group with Physics, Biology & Chemistry] of the University/H. P. Board of School Education in Science subjects.
  2. Should have attained the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first Prof. of the course.
  3. Blind (including colour blind), deaf and/or dumb candidates shall not be allowed for admission to the course.
