• Admissions will be done on counselling basis, depending on the merit of the candidate and as per the prescribed rules for admission in consonance with the reservation policy of the state government or national policy.
• Invitation for counselling does not imply confirmation of admission.
• Student’s name will be called according to the merit on the day of counselling. If the student is not present with the relevant documents at the time of counselling, then it will be considered that the student whose name has been called is not interested in taking admission to the said course.
• The time mentioned in the schedule should be strictly followed. Student coming late for counselling and student not carrying necessary original documents at the time of admission will not be admitted to the course under any circumstances.
• Students remaining absent for counselling will not have any claim over the seat.
• Students should remain present as per the schedule for counselling given below. The process will stop as and when all the available seats are full.
• After confirmation of admission, an admitted student should pay full fees online or in cash at the Bank counter in Students Hall, near Computer
  Science Dept., S. P. College. 
• Admission of the student automatically stands cancelled if the student fails to fulfil the above mandatory
  requirement. No further claim can be made for the said seat.
