Unishivaji holds the end-term examinations twice yearly- in March/April and November/December. Sometimes, the examinations commence in September and continue till December. Shivaji University Grade System 2023

How to Apply for Shivaji University Revaluation 2023?

Once the Shivaji University results 2023 are declared, students dissatisfied with their end-term examination results can apply for revaluation. Unishivaji students are required to keep in mind the following points, for the application of Shivaji University revaluation 2023:

• The revaluation applies only to theoretical papers with a maximum of three subjects.
• Students must apply for revaluation within 15 days of Shivaji University Kolhapur result declaration. 
• A revaluation fee of INR 50 per paper is required to be paid in person or via courier to the respective colleges. Once the colleges receive the application and fees, they forward it to the University Examination Board Office.
• The Unishivaji revaluation results are declared within 45 days of application.
• The revaluation results are declared in the same way as the Shivaji University results.

Shivaji University Improvement Exam 2023

The Shivaji University Kolhapur provides facilities for improvement examinations if candidates are dissatisfied with their results. The application form is available on the official website. The conditions for applying for Shivaji University improvement examinations are as follows:

• The improvement exam applies only to theoretical papers.
• Students are allowed to sit for only 2 subjects for improvement. Once the subjects are selected, they cannot be changed.
• An examination fee, along with the improvement examination registration form and results, must be submitted to sit for the Shivaji University improvement examinations.
• The improvement examination marks are considered only if they are higher than the original result. 
• The new, improved marks for subjects and the rest of the other subject marks are considered while determining the Shivaji University result class and grade.
• In case the student fails the improvement examination, they will be required to repeat the examination for the subjects they selected.

Shivaji University Back Paper Exam 2023

Unishivaji allows its students to repeat their examinations the following year if they fail their end-term semester examinations. The backlog circulars and notifications are released on the official website under the “Latest News” section. Students must fill out and submit the backlog application form with the required fee for each subject once the notification is released.

Shivaji University Grace Marks 2023

Unishivaji has the facility of awarding a maximum of 2-3 grace marks in the end-term examination. However, students can get grace marks only for 1 subject in a semester. Grace marks can be awarded for promotion to the next class (like first or second class) if the student has 1% (or 10 marks) less than the total aggregate marks.
