SPIT B.Tech course offers 04 specializations across disciplines such as Computer Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication EngineeJEE ring. These courses are offered in different formats and students can also opt for M.Tech or Ph.D. Programme.

Admission to these courses is based on the JEE Main/MHT CET scores. Upon the counselling, the seats are allocated to students at SPIT. JEE Main Session 2 results were announced on April 28, 2023. MHT CET examination results will be declared on June 12, 2023.

SPIT B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

SPIT B.Tech's eligibility criteria are 45% with PCM in 10+2. However, the eligibility criteria may differ for students applying for certain specializations. SPIT will also consider the scores of JEE Main/MHT CET for admission to B.Tech courses. 

SPIT B.Tech Admission

Admission to the SPIT BTech course is based on JEE Main/MHT CET. 

Application Procedure

Students seeking admission to SPIT must apply through the official website. When the application portal opens, students can apply for JEE Main/MHT CET and appear for the entrance exam. Based on the scores, the seat is allotted to students. Listed below is the process to apply:

• Fill in the registration form using contact details.
• Fill in the application form.
• Upload the documents
• Pay the application fees. 

Students who have appeared in JEE Main can apply for direct admission based on their scores. 

Entrance Exams

Admission to SPIT B.Tech is made through JEE Main and MHT CET.

Documents Required

At the time of admission, students are required to present a few important documents. The list of these documents is given below. 

• Marksheet and Certificate of 10th and 12th.
• JEE Main mark sheet.
• Migration certificate in case of students coming from other boards from other states.
• Transfer certificate
• Nativity certificate
• Photo id proof such as Adhaar Card
• Passport sizes pictures
• Proof of income of parents
• Caste and Category certificates, if any

SPIT B.Tech Fees 

The SPIT B.Tech fee has been updated for this new session and the fees for the course start at 1.72 Lakhs per year. The fee differs with different specializations.
