We believe that effective training is a prerequisite for productive work and job satisfaction. Thus we provide industry required training to our students to enhance their knowledge and skills. Our goal is to develop the personality of our students and equip them for a bright future with the powers of communication skills.

At RITE, emphasis is given on not only making student’s academically brilliant, but true leaders and team players, thus preparing them for the real life corporate world.

To help students in personal grooming, special sessions are held on business etiquettes, negotiation skills and effective communication.

To help students to become an efficient team member and effective leader, students attend special classes on leadership, teamwork and analytical skills.

Each and every student undergoes the following trainings apart from their regular curriculum.

Placements

At RITE, we believe that each student is a valuable resource. the placement cell concentrates on each student and assists him/her in achieving the right career. The students are placed through the campus recruitment programs.

Objective of the placement cell is to place the students in good companies. This is achieved through campus selections conducted in the college for which the students are trained in aptitude, technical and soft skills, much ahead of campus selection.

To facilitate better selection,training facility is made available to a wide spectrum of students and the basic training starts from the semester itself where in, the students are taught basic grammar and communicative English. Each student is required to accept the first confirmed offer mutually agreed upon. There after, the student will not be permitted to participate in further recruitment process.
