I haven't done any internships. Yes, presidency college is well known for its placements and we have a lot of companies coming up for the placements in the beginning of the final year itself. Average salary starts from INR 2.1 Lakh per annum to INR 12 lakh per annum(which is the highest paid).
I have not done any internships yet. There is good placement opportunity. The average salary is around INR 2 Lakhs per annum and the highest around INR 13.5 Lakhs per annum.
There are many companies when comes to placements. We recently had an internship offer from earnst n young where they select few candidates. The placement department works very well and trains you in such a way that you will be ready for an interview.
They do provide the job in big companies like Amazon and all the average salary is INR 5 lakh per year.
