Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

• Candidates applying for this course must pass 10+2 from a recognised University to be eligible.
  
• Candidates must pursue Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 12th standard.
  
• Candidates must also pursue English as their subject in 12th standard
  
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% aggregate together in the three subjects.
  
• Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks.
• Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST category have a relaxation of 5%.
• The Candidate should be an Indian National.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

• Candidates applying for the M.Tech course must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech from a recognised University to be eligible.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 55% in their Bachelor's Degree to be eligible to apply.
• Obtained score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology;
• The Candidate should be an Indian National.
