Oriental College of Technology (OCT) is an engineering college located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and part of the Oriental Group of Institutes. The Oriental Group of Institutes is a self-financed premier educational group, started by the founder and current Chairman Shri K.L Thakral back in 1995.
