Infrastructure Facilities at National Institute of Technology, [NITM] Meghalaya:

Central Library:

• The library has popular titles in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences and Management to enrich their students with requisite knowledge.
• It has a rich collection of books around 10,000 text and reference books and electronic resources.
• They also provide access to the Digital Library of ACM, IEEE and ASME.

Hostel:

• They have separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls.
• There are 5 boys hostels which can accommodate up to 464 students and 2 girls hostels which can accommodate up to 140 students.
• NIT Meghalaya hostel facilities include Mess, Wi-Fi, Gym, Sports Equipment.

Residential facilities for Faculty and Non-Teaching:

• Leased accommodation is provided to Faculty and Group-A staff.
• Canteen facility on the academic campus.

Health Care Center:

• They have engaged a doctor who visits the campus thrice in a week.
• The institution has an agreement with a reputed hospital for treatment of its students, faculty and staff on a priority basis.

Other Facilities:

• Facilities like banking, post office, book shops, etc. are within 1 KM from institution.
• DG set and extensive UPS facility available in the Academic Campus and the Hostels.
