NISER placement drives provides the best placement opportunities for students. The institute's placement's are often considered as some of the best placements among research institutes. National Institute of Science Education and Research has a placement cell that takes care of all the placement activities of the institute. The alumni of NISER are currently working as faculty in reputed institutes like NITs, IITs, IIMs, IISER, etc. The institute is yet to release National Institute of Science Education and Research placement data like NISER average package, highest package, NISER top recruiters, etc.

Along with final NISER Bhubaneswar placement drives, the institute has also signed MOUs with various institutes from all around the world for the better future of students. NISER Placement Cell

NISER has a placement cell, established in 2021, with an aim to provide access to best placement opportunities for all graduating students. NISER Bhubaneswar placement cell works to network and connect the students with open positions in academia, industry, and research programs, which will further their career development. The cell organises various trainings to offer students multiple opportunities and platforms to develop and hone their skills.

The National Institute of Science Education and Research placement cell also conducts various workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, etc. The NISER placement cell has also signed MOUs with several reputed research institutes and universities across the world. Some of them are listed below.

NISER Placement Procedure

The National Institute of Science Education and Research Bhubaneswar placement cell organises annual placement drives for all eligible students of the institute. The step-by-step NISER placement process is given below.

• Placement cell invites companies to the campus.
• Interested companies will have to fill a Job Notification Form (JNF) with the details of the job.
• Placement cell fixes a date if pre-placement talks are needed.
• Details of all interested students are made available to the companies for prior short listing.
• Placement cell then allots dates to companies for the selection process.
• Companies visit the campus, conduct the selection process, and furnish a final list of selected candidates to the placement cell.
• Offer letters are issued for the selected students through the placement cell.
