Nalanda Institute Of Engineering & Technology has established a full pledged training and placement cell (T and p cell) in order to impart training on soft skills, interview skills, communications skills, etc. to enable students to face the interviews confidently. The TP cell organizes regularly campus and off campus interviews to facilitate placements for students with reputed companies. Industrial visits are arranged in order to expose the students to industrial realities and practical applications of theoretical knowledge. The Placement cell also organizes summer training for a month to 3rd year students during vacation period so that the students can gain on hand practical training in industries to augment their technical confidence. The students are interacted with experienced personal from industry by arranging guest lectures.
