Placements & Internships : I haven't applied for an internship yet, but it is compulsory for 3rd year students. If one has high CGPA , one can get a PAID internship at the big firms like Hitachi, Daikin etc. Mechanical Domestic placement B.TECH 9-10 lpa MBA. Tech 17-18 lpa International placement 25 lpa Best alumni network, most of the students don't sit for placement and go for higher education abroad. Their placement cell complains that there are insufficient students for placement.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : One has to register at the NMIMS site. If you wish to join after 12th, you have to give NPAT. I was a direct second-year student. I got admission based on my percentage in diploma. First-year engineering students can also apply for direct second year. Cut-off for direct second year is 85% for diploma and 9 CGPA for first year. I don't know the admission procedure for B.Tech Integrated

Fees & Scholarships : Yes, loans are needed for lower-middle-class students. NMIMS is a Category II University, loans are provided easily.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings are very flexible. If you are familiar with the faculty, they might guide you to write research papers and do classy projects. Assignments are moderate, they push for extra studies outside the syllabus. Teaching is excellent, staff is highly qualified.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : No hostel. PGs are good but costly as the locality is Juhu. Food in our college is healthy, delicious and cheap. The food and service is of restaurant quality. Infrastructure is the key of all SVKM institutes.

Clubs & Associations : SVKM institutes are known for their cultural festivals. There are many societies, clubs, and associations. The atmosphere is to the level of BITS or Manipal.
