The NEET PG 2025 counselling dates for Round 2 have been revised. The Round 2 registration will now be held from December 5 to 9, with choice filling from December 6 to 9. The seat allotment result will be announced on December 12, followed by reporting from December 13 to 21, 2025
The college, named after "Jhansi ki Rani" Maha Rani Laxmi Bai, was established in 1968 to provide medical care to the poor in Bundelkhand, Uttar Pradesh. The foundation stone was laid by Dr. SUSHILA NAYAR the Union Health Minister in 1965. Initially, 50 MBBS students were admitted to L.L.R.M. Medical College at Meerut before the campus was ready. In 1971, Professor S.R. Kapoor became the first principal. The college campus spans 380 acres, making it one of the largest medical college campuses in India, with separate blocks for administration, teaching, hospital, and residential areas. The hospital serves the Bundelkhand region and neighboring districts, offering comprehensive medical care and training for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The college admits 50 MBBS students annually and around 54 postgraduate students in various specialties. It is actively involved in national health programs like Maternal and Child Health, Pulse Polio Immunization, and Family Welfare.
