A campus recruitment training programme of sixty hours duration was arranged for the students of final yearthe programme was arranged by PurpleLeap, an associate company of a Pearson-Educomp Joint Venture. PurpleLeap specializes in mentoring fresh talent of passing out students into “ready-to-deploy” workforce.
The aim of the programme was to provide specific skill sets across organizational and domain expertise to make candidates fit perfectly to an industry role. The platform provided much needed transition from student to an industry professional. It inncluded leveraging cutting-edge technologies and the comfort of face-to-face interaction to deliver highly effective personalized training. The program delivered expert sessions over VSAT, Online assignments and assessments over indigenously designed PurpleLeap Portal and included Personal interactions with acclaimed trainers over voice and chat. Around sixty students got benefit of this programme.
