I don't know about hostel because I am staying in the home. Classroom and lab are good, wifi is not available.

  • There are two hostels in Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology.
  • One for the girls and other is for boys.
  • The Food provided is vegetarian.
  • The hostel fee is Rs 20000 per month.
  • Classrooms are average.
  • Libraries could be even better.
  • Dining halls is satisfactory.
  • There is no WiFi facility.

Library Facilities

The collection is continuously increasing to cater the needs of teachers and students and to include new and latest titles. The reading section in the library is well furnished and welllighted and ventilated, kept open for teachers and students even after normal working hours of the institution. Various technical journals in every field of engineering and architecture are subscribed for the benefit of the staff and students to enable them to keep themselves well informed of the latest know how. The Library also subscribes to more than 05 E-Journals – IEL. It's a member of DELNET.

Hostel Facilities

The institution provides both hostel for Boys and girls and lodging home accommodations to the students separately for boys and girls. A teacher-warden appointed by the Principal manages the residential hostel. Admissions are made on first come first served basis and every inmate is to conduct himself/herself as per prevailing rules and regulations. Right of admission and right of expulsion rest with the authorities. A canteen is situated in the premises of the institution and sufficient care is taken to see that healthy and wholesome food is served during working hours.

Transportation Facilities

Transportation facilities is also provided by the college to the twin city and there are more than 15 busses the college have.
