The placements are provided in many leading MNC's and it mainly depends on the student’s skills and knowledge. The students must have better grades to be placed on the top list.
The placements are good. Internships are also offered to provide a professional environment experience to a student before they face the actual industry.
I have done internships in Indian oil corporation and Chennai petroleum corporation. But there was no stipend involved. A few companies like Emphasis and smaller ones came for the campus, but very few students were selected. Average salary for those students were around INR 3 lakhs per month. The around 5 percent of the students get placed. There is no Alumni network for the college
The placement section of the college was good as the organizations and many companies came for placements. I got an internship in the final year.
The Placements are really good in this department. More than half the students in my batch are placed in various IT companies even before getting out of college.

The Department of training and placement is headed by Prof P.Yuvaraman M.B.A., MPhil., Ph.D. This department interacts with reputed organizations all over the country for arranging campus interviews for the placement of final year students. Industrial visits to reputed companies are arranged to know more details about industrial activities. It also enhances the soft-skill capability of the students through regular training programs. The department counsels the final year students for their higher studies and for getting projects from industries.
