About Placement
Department of Placement facilitates placements by actively reaching out to the Corporate World. The Department achieves this objective by having a targeted approach towards the three major stakeholders in the placement process i.e. the Students, the Companies and the college.
The Training & Placement Cell plays a crucial role in scouting for and locating job opportunities for the young graduates and post graduates passing out from the college by keeping liaison with reputed firms and industrial establishments.
It functions under the supervision of a full time Training and Placement Officer. The placement cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates.
The number of students who are placed through the campus placements is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct campus interviews.
The Department of training and placement is headed by Prof P.Yuvaraman M.B.A., MPhil., Ph.D. This department interacts with reputed organizations all over the country for arranging campus interviews for the placement of final year students. Industrial visits to reputed companies are arranged to know more details about industrial activities. It also enhances the soft-skill capability of the students through regular training programs. The department counsels the final year students for their higher studies and for getting projects from industries.
