Approximately 10 hostels are there. Hostel Management is good and fees is too affordable. PGs are also available nearby JMI. They are also good and affordable. Tasty food is provided in JMI canteen at very low cost. Classrooms are very good and the labs are tidy. Library is so big but Wi-Fi condition is not good due to large number of users. But, I think overall JMI is fine for everyone.

The quality of labs and the infrastructure is superb. All the facilities are provided along with the sports facility and medical facilities. The library is big, and it has almost every book that we need. There are three libraries in our college, and the atmosphere is also superb there.

  • You can enjoy AC reading rooms, Libraries (more than one), labs and auditoriums.
  • Labs are almost near to good.
  • I can rate 4.4 out of 5 to lab conditions.
  • Both boys and girls hostels are available but are provided on the basis of many factors like your school marks, JEE score, need for the hostel and overall on what you say in an interview.
  • The hostel fee is Rs 4700 per annum plus Rs 2000r mess fee per month.
  • Many private hostels and PG are available in nearby areas @4000-6000rs per room.
  • Food quality is good at a low rate.
  • It may cost about Rs 50 for a more than enough diet of a person in lunch.
  • Both veg and non-veg are available in canteen.
  • Overall infrastructure can't match with that of a private college but still it is very good.

There are various hostels in Jamia, I guess more than 10 & also they are very cheap. Food is very good, they serve halal meat at reasonable prices. Class rooms are beautifully designed for cross ventilation. Whole Jamia campus is wifi. Got huge reading halls & separate libraries for each dept.

The hostel chances are pretty less as there is lack of infrastructure. Hostel cost you around INR 10k per year which is good as compared to the facilities given. The best part is that you can get many P.Gs outside the university, Not far than 1km.

  • There are two hostels at Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi - one for boys and the other for girls. Each hostel has more than enough space to accommodate a number of freshers each year. I don't know what is the hostel fee, since I am not a hostelier.
  • The college has numerous canteens serving various sorts of foods, but what remains constant is the good-quality of the foods. The food items aren't very costly, they're all at reasonable prices starting from INR 10 - INR 50 per item.
  • Classrooms, labs and libraries are all very well maintained, and fully updated with all necessary items. Key infrastructure consists of Wi-Fi, open green spaces, and a sports complex.
