Merit-cum-Means Scholarship

The annual income of the parents should not exceed Rs.4.50 lakhs. Only 25% of admitted students can take advantage of the opportunity. Rs. 1,000 each month and a semester's worth of tuition fees waived. Every semester, a minimum GPA of 5.0 in the previous semester is required for the Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati scholarship renewal.

Institute Free Studentship

Only 10% of admitted students can take advantage of the scholarship. Students are exempted from paying the semester's tuition cost. Every semester, IIT Tirupati students must have a minimum GPA of 5.0 in the previous semester for scholarship renewal.

Institute SC/ST Scholarship 

Mess payments are refunded (Rs.8000), hostel seat rent is waived, and a monthly pocket allowance of Rs.250 is provided. Every semester, a minimum GPA of 5.0 in the previous semester is required for IIT Tirupati scholarship renewal.
