2. Company Invitations and Job Announcements: The CDC actively invites companies via emails and outreach, sharing the Placement Brochure, Job Announcement Form (JAF), and institute highlights. Recruiters submit JAFs detailing job roles, eligibility, CTC, and selection criteria.
3. Pre-Placement Talks and Company Presentations: Invited companies conduct virtual or on-campus PPTs to outline opportunities, work culture, and expectations. These sessions help students apply selectively. The CDC coordinates logistics, ensuring inclusivity, and uses feedback to match student interests with recruiter profiles.
4. Shortlisting and Eligibility Verification: Based on JAF criteria companies shortlist candidates via the CDC portal. Students undergo eligibility checks, including document verification.
