Padre Conceicao College of Engineering Placements
Placement Cell :- The Training and Placement Cell at Padre Conceicao College of Engineering handles faculty training requirements, campus interviews, students project requirements, guest lectures and special lectures, industrial visits of students, magazine and six-monthly newsletter. Besides this, an extensive database of companies (around 1000 companies all over India) has been created to facilitate student placement. As a result of proactive action and hard-work, in the very first year, we were able to attract blue-chip corporates like Wipro, Mahindra-British Telecom, Zuari Industries etc. to our campus.

Facilities :- Institute is well equipped infrastructure with all modern facility. Laboratory Facilities Lab is fully equipped with 64-bit Systems. Recently, the college has procured the high performance IBM platform running the AIX 5.3 Operating System, DB2 8.2 Database and Websphere Application Server WAS 5.1. The college is also a member of the Microsoft Academic Alliance and as such has the complete range of Microsoft software for academic purpose. Sports Facilities Institute is to provide the best work culture and academic ambience with avenues for all round personality development of the students. Extra - Curricular Facilities The library is the heart of an educational institution. Currently the Library holds a collection of 13,000 books which include textbooks as well as reference books. The field of engineering is fast developing; to help the students and the staff keep abreast of the current developments, the Library regularly subscribes to 47 periodicals out of which 13 are international journals and 34 national journals. Hostel Facilities Girls' hostel : Nestled in the beautiful hilltops of Agnelganv.

The college does provide Internships, and mostly it's off-campus, to the site. The key companies coming here are mechanical, IT, computer software-based. For placement, the highest salary goes up to 12 LPA.
Fees and ScholarshipPadre Conceicao College of Engineering, South Goa Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 56,000 per semester. Most of the procedures are covered. A loan is not needed so far.

Internships aren't provided by the college. I did my internship at IFB Ltd. Not many companies visit for placement.
Fees and ScholarshipThe course fee is around INR 4 to INR 5 lakh per annum. For information regarding the loan, the student needs to contact goa university.

- Internship is not offered by Padre Conceicao College of Engineering and students have to approach the companies on their own.
- However there are many workshops on various topics ranging from android programming to making of a Go-kart are available for the students.
- There are many companies that come for placements. Some of them include TCS, BOSCH, IBM, WIPRO, etc.
