• Completed their 1-year master's degree after a 4-year bachelor’s degree or 2-year master’s degree after a 3 year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with an aggregate marks of minimum 60% from a recognised university. 
• Completed an integrated five-year Master’s degree (after 10+2) with at least 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale in a relevant field.
• Completed a professional qualification like CA (ICAI), ICWA, or CS with a Bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks.
• Completed a 4-year Bachelor's degree with 75% marks in aggregate.

• PhD aspirants at IIM Udaipur must pass CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/JRF (NET) with valid scores.
• The application forms for the admissions are released on the official website.

IIM Udaipur Ph.D (Finance and Accounting) Fees

In IIM Udaipur, there is no tuition fee for PhD courses. Students will be eligible for a stipend, details of which include,

• For the first two years of the PhD course, students receive a monthly stipend of INR 37,000.
• An amount of INR 40,000 is awarded on clearing the comprehensive exam.
• Lastly, another amount of INR 44,000 is awarded to the PhD scholars after their proposal defence.
• An amount of INR 50,000 is offered in the first year for purchasing books, research materials, hardware, software, and stationery items.
• From the second year onwards until the end of the fifth year, the amount offered is INR 25,000.
• PhD scholars are given a one-time allowance of up to INR 50,000 to purchase a laptop or a PC.
• PhD students are also eligible for funds for their dissertation-related research and are awarded an amount of up to INR 1,50,000 which must be utilised under the supervision of the advisor.
