Classrooms

• Students benefit from newly built, ergonomically designed AC teaching spaces with several layouts and capacities.
• IIM Udaipur facilities include classrooms with a fixed projector and a high-end sound system.
• All the classrooms and conference rooms have video conferencing capabilities with swivel cameras.
• The classrooms are acoustically designed and have goose-neck, lapel, and cordless microphones. Each desk has a power outlet.

• The internet connection is 1 Gigabit per second (Mbps) with a 100 Mbps backup.
• Wi-Fi is available 24x7 in all areas of the IIM Udaipur campus.

Library

• The IIM Udaipur library is a valuable resource that provides extensive and authoritative information on management, business, social sciences, and general interest books.
• The library has many physical and digital resources, including books, e-books, print and electronic periodicals, databases, reference titles, case studies, DVDs/CDs, and other items.
• It is automated using the most advanced library administration technologies.
• The IIM Udaipur library subscribes to a wide range of print journals and provides registered users access to all major e-journals.
• It is primarily for instructors, students, and professional staff, who can utilise its resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using their login ID.
• Outside researchers and persons from the government and private sector may access the library in limited circumstances if their research initiatives align with the institute's goal.

Student Clubs

• IIM Udaipur campus life is vibrant and active, with various student clubs and committees.
• It has functional clubs, professional clubs, cultural clubs, sports and recreational clubs, and social outreach.

Hostel

• IIM Udaipur infrastructure features 3 hostels. The hostels serve as a home away from home.
• There is a hostel for girls and boys inside the campus.
• In the summer, PGP students are given double occupancy rooms with air conditioning, whereas PGPX students are given single occupancy rooms. 
• IIM Udaipur Hostel is equipped with modern amenities, like common rooms, tv, washing machine, projector, etc.

Mess

• IIM Udaipur canteen provides wholesome and nutritious meals to faculty and students.
• Every meal of the day—breakfast, lunch, supper, and nighttime snacks—is prepared by MessComm (Mess Committee).
