IIM Calcutta scholarship is offered to eligible aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria set by the college to avail of the scholarships. Generally, these scholarships are financial aid to help them pursue their academic careers without constraints. Socio-economic conditions like backward/minor categories and financial restrictions are also considered while the IIMCal scholarships are granted. 

IIM Calcutta with the help of the government and corporate partners, ensures to validate and award everyone's effort in academics or other fields. Indian Institute of Management Calcutta offers four corporate, two government, and several merit scholarships and awards of their own. Scholarships by IIM Calcutta

• Several IIM Calcutta scholarships are offered to meritorious students based on their academic performance at the end of their respective courses' first and second years.
• The Late Sumantra Ghoshal Award is awarded to IIMCal students for academic excellence. Students with the highest CGPA at the end of their two-year course receive this IIM Calcutta scholarship.
• NTPC Scholarship Scheme awards IIM Calcutta scholarships to SC, ST and PwD students. These scholarships help with their education expenses at IIMCal. The students are selected based on the first-year examination results.
• The "Satish K Sehgal Doctoral Student Award” for excellence in organisational citizenship is awarded to IIM Calcutta students at the annual convocation for certain outstanding extracurricular activities on the recommendation of the student council.
• The Aditya Kashyap Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students for receiving the highest CGPA at the end of the first year of the course.

Financial Aid

• IIMCal offers financial aid to students in need to give every student equal education opportunities irrespective of their financial status.
• During admissions, students are offered “Educational Loans” as financial assistance.
• IIM Calcutta scholarships also provide the option of “sponsorship”. Students with prior work experience can be sponsored by their employers for the duration of their course. The sponsorship decision depends entirely on the employer and the working performance of the student. The admission criteria and fees remain the same for sponsored students as well.

Aditya Birla Group offers merit scholarships to deserving students of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. The company entirely selects the students.

OP Jindal Engineering and Management Scholarship

This IIM Calcutta scholarship 2023 is offered to selected students by OP Jindal Group after a rigorous process of personal interviews and online aptitude tests. The students eligible for this IIMCal scholarship are selected based on their academic performance.

T. Thomas Scholarship

HUL offers this Indian Institute of Management Calcutta scholarship to second-year students based on their merit and academic performance.

Ratan Tata Trust Scholarship

An educational grant is awarded to students as an IIM Calcutta scholarship on their exemplary display of merit and academic performance.

Scholarships by The Government of India

The Government of India offers a helping hand to the needy and meritorious students of the country. Various IIM Calcutta scholarships are offered to students, which help them pursue their academics and build careers. Scholarships are offered to the SC, ST, and other minority/backward class students of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Awards for MBAEx Course

The students of MBAEx courses are given various awards at the end of their academic year by IIMCal.
