IIFT Bangalore campus was established in 2001 by Sri. B. Vedhagiri & Managed by BVG Educational Trust at the heart of the city of Bangalore. Hostels

• IIFT Bangalore hostel has facilities for boys and girls with suitable capacity.

Library

• The library of IIFT Bangalore has 1870 volumes of national magazines and journals in the fashion and apparel design field. 
• IIFT Bangalore library also provides CD and DVD ROM to teach students about fashion shows and catalogs. 
• In addition, the library has an enormous collection of reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, yearbooks, textbooks, etc.

Classrooms

• IIFT Bangalore classrooms are well equipped with built-in computers and projectors to facilitate the students with audio-video presentations. 
• The classes at IIFT Bangalore are equipped with comfortable furniture to allow students to conveniently attend the classes.

Labs

Indian Institute of Fashion Technology Bangalore infrastructure also provides departmental lab facilities to students, such as Pattern Making & Sewing Lab, Textile Lab, Draping Lab, CAD Lab, and Design Lab.

• Pattern Making & Sewing Lab: The sewing lab is to train students in garment manufacturing. Students can access Cutting Tables, Mannequins, Dress Forms & power-operated high-speed lockstitch sewing machines, and overlock machines.
• Textile Lab: The textile lab is equipped with fiber testing instruments, fabric testing instruments, garment testing instruments, and bath beaker dyeing machines to develop skills for students in the area of yarn manufacturing, fabric manufacturing, and textile wet processing.
• Draping Lab: The draping lab is equipped with mannequins for students to try out and explore various aspects of a particular design they have in mind.
• CAD Lab: IIFT Bnagalre CAD Lab is equipped with the latest hardware and software that helps students design and give their design ideas a colorful and beautiful form.
• Design Lab: The design Lab is equipped with mannequins where students can experiment with their design ideas and get an idea of how the final design might look.
