• Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) is currently accepting applications from eligible candidates who wish to appear for HPCET 2025. The last date to apply for the same is April 18, 2025.

HPTU admission 2025 offers a wide range of programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the field of engineering, technology and modern sciences.

HPTU Entrance Exams 2025

HPTU admission is granted based on the respective entrance exams for the different courses they provide. For B.Tech, the candidates should have a valid JEE Main score for admission. For M.Tech, the candidates should have a qualifying score in GATE for the final selection in HPTU. • For B.Tech, the candidates should have a valid JEE Main score based on which the seats are allotted
• For all other courses, the candidates have to qualify the HPCET entrance exam based on which  the final selection is being done

• The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in their relevant domains from a recognised college/ university along with at least 50% marks
• For M.Tech, the candidates should have a valid GATE score based on which the final selection is being done
• For MBA and MCA, the candidates should have qualify the HPCET entrance exam based on which the seats are allotted
