GITAM introduced GITAM School of Technology [GST] during the academic year 2012-13 with a view to impart training in the fields of Technology and Management for the youth of coming generations to help them avail opportunities present in the silicon valley of India.

GITAM School of Technology application can be submitted online by visiting the official website. GITAM School of Technology B.Tech/ M.Tech and PhD admission are based on the merit of the qualifying exam and rank obtained in the GITAM Aptitude Test (GAT) followed by a personal interview.

GST Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria in order to be able to apply for a course. Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria of the major courses offered by the colleges.

GST B.Tech Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed 10+2 (Or equivalent exam) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from any recognized board.
• The candidate must have a valid score of GAT.

GST M.Tech Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed BE/ B.Tech/ AMIE (Or equivalent exam) in any branch of specialization with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from any recognized University.
• The candidate must have a valid score of GAT.

GST PhD Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed ME/ M.Tech (Or equivalent exam) in the concerned branch with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from any recognized University.
• The candidate must have a valid score of GAT.
