Any graduate with 50% can apply for master's in english online course.We need to fill up the forms online only and pay online too.

Placements & Internships :
No, there is nothing related to internship with a masters course in English.
No placement was assured by the college.
Usually after passing out we can apply for an assistant professor job. Salary approximately is 25k.
Fees & Scholarships :
The course fee at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, [BAOU] Ahmedabad was around INR 10 k per year.

I didn't opt for hostel so I have no idea about it.
PG's are definitely there, approximately 8k per month is the room rent.

It's quite an ancient college, the infrastructure is a bit historical but all amenities are available.

I have no idea as it was a distant learning from my side.
All departments usually celebrate their individual festivals on campus.
