Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida admissions are made on the basis of the results of the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha (GGSIP) University. DME offers different courses like BA LLB, BBA LLB, Bachelors in Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) and Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).

DME Admission 2019

DME is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and approved by the Bar Council of India. Admissions to the Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida is based on a Common Entrance Test conducted by GGSIP University. DME admission for the BA Law and BBA Law, 2019-20 batches shall be made on the basis of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2019.

  • 85% of the total seats available in counseling are reserved for Delhi students. 15% seats are reserved for the students from outside the state. 
  • Candidates who passed 12th class are eligible to apply for the DME admission 2019. 
  • 10% seats are available for management quota.
  • Candidates can apply for management quota at [email protected] or in person at the campus once the admission process commences and is notified.

Courses Offered By Delhi Metropolitan Education

DME offers 3 year under graduate courses with specialisation in Journalism & Mass Communication (JMC) and Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).Candidates are also offered admissions for 5 years BA LLB and BBA LLB integrated courses.

DME Application Form

Candidates can apply for the Undergraduate courses online through the official website. Students applying to any of the courses make sure she/he have a valid score in the prescribed entrance test. Candidates are requested to pay application fee and admission fee as per the DME fee structure.

  • The application form is available in the official website of GGSIP.
  • After login to the official page click on the “Online Application Form”
  • Select exam category and fill in all the mandatory details.
  • Upload photo, signature and other relevant documents.
  • Submit your application form and u will get a message. Click on “OK” and generate your Login ID and Password.
  • After that click on the “Apply for Courses” button and select the courses he/she wants to apply for, from the list.
  • Submit the application form and pay the application fee through online
  • If you want to apply for another courses click on “Apply for Courses” button again.

Entrance Exam Accepted by DME

For admission at DME, the candidates need to attend a Common Entrance Test conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha (GGSIP) University. The admission to the courses BA/BBA LLB for the academic year 2019 - 20 is made on the basis of merit of Common Law Admission Test - Undergraduate 2019, conducted by the Consortium of Common Law Universities.The university is not conducting any CET for admission to the programme, but shall be utilizing the score prepared on the basis CLAT 2019 score for admission. For other courses candidates can apply for CET through the University official website.

  • The Common Entrance Test centers are conducted in Delhi only.
  • There may be negative marking for every wrong answer. For each wrong answers 1 mark will be deducted.
  • University will declare the result of each CET on the official website.

DME CET Admit Card

The admit card for the CET will be available in the official website of the university. Candidates can download admit card on or before 5 days of the CET. 

  • The admit card may be downloaded from candidates individual accounts using login ID and password.
  • Candidates are required to bring two copies of the hall ticket at the time of CET.
  • Candidates will be not allowed to the exam hall without valid CET admit card.

  • Candidates can fill online application form for DME admission on the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
  • The candidates must fill the application form with required details and upload documents before submitting the application form.
  • If candidates desired to apply for more than one test, separate application forms should be submitted for each one. 
  • Candidates have to enter correct CET code in application form. Any request for change CET code will not be acceptable.
  • Candidates are requested to pay application fee through Online/ NEFT/ RTGS. Students who have transferred their application fee through NEFT/ Online mode are requested to submit proof of the same in the form of Receipt of NEFT given by bank or Confirmation of Funds transferred/Online Transfer Receipt, generated online with the details such as Student Name, Account Holder name, Program, Batch, Enrollment Number and Mobile Number.

Documents Required for Admission

The fresher’s are requested to report in the college after allotment of seats in the online counseling along with two set of documents as mentioned in the below:

  • College admission form and admission form to be provided by college 
  • Original CET / CLAT Admit Card & Result of CET / CLAT - 2019
  • Seat Allotment Letter
  • Printout of the Registration Form + Registration Slip (Rs. 1000/-)
  • Academic fee receipt of part payment for Rs.40,000/- submitted to GGSIP University
  • Self attested copy of 10th and +2 class mark sheet & passing certificate
  • Original Migration
  • Original Character Certificate (not more than 6 months old)
  • Original Medical Certificate as per GGSIPU Admission Brochure 2019-20 (not more than 6 months old)
  • Photocopy of Reserved Category Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Gap Year Affidavit (If Applicable)
  • 5 Recent Passport Size Photographs
  • Affidavit of Indemnity Bond by Parent and Anti Ragging undertaking
  • Balance fee receipt from the college account section

DME UG Admission 2019

Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida provide under graduate level courses such as BA LLB and BBA LLB which lasts for a duration of Five years. DME also provide 3 year UG courses such as BJMC and BBA. 85% of the total seats are reserved for Delhi students.

  • What documents are needed for admission?
    - The documents required for DME admission are 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, Character certificate,Transfer certificate(TC)/ Migration certificate and passport size photos.

  • Is i want to pay for Application Form?

    - DME, Noida is not charging any separate fee for college admission. Contrarilly, IPU requirements need to be fulfilled.

  • If final exam results have not published, am I still eligible for admission?

    - You are eligible for DME admission. Because provisional DME admission on undertaking that your result will be submitted before October 2019 or as per IPU notification if any.

  • How many seats are there for each courses?
