• The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has made the application form for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 available on January 23, 2025. The registration process is open to all eligible candidates and can be done on the official website kea.kar.nic.in until February 18, 2025. The KCET 2025 examination is scheduled to take place on April 16 and 17, 2025.

CIT, established in 1999, is sponsored by the Kodava Education Society with the mission of providing quality technical education to students from the Kodagu district and beyond. The institute is managed by a Governing Council led by Sri. C.P. Belliappa, an engineer and coffee planter, alongside a team of professionals with extensive expertise in managing educational institutions. This council formulates and implements strategic plans to strengthen CIT's foundation and advance its goal of becoming a Deemed University. Regular council meetings ensure the continuous development of policies and programs to drive the institution’s growth. The academic administration is overseen by Dr. M. Basavaraj, Principal of CIT.
