CMRTC Infrastructure Details

CMRTC infrastructure is spread over 10 acres in Kandlakoya, Telangana. It is equipped with all the modern facilities for a better learning experience. CMRTC has a central library, sports facilities, seminar halls, computer centres and other amenities. Some of the highlighting features of the CMR Technical Campus infrastructure are given below.

Hostel: Students from outstation are given preference on the CMRTC hostel facilities. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Students are expected to follow the rules and regulations set by the authorities to maintain the decorum of the hostel. Every student is furnished with a cot, mattress, pillow, study table and chair in their CMRTC hostel rooms. In case of an injury to the students, the warden is informed who arranges for medical assistance. There is a common room with a television, radio, newspapers, magazines and other furniture.

Central Library: The CMRTC has a central library with a collection of more than 35000 volumes of titles, national and international journals. In addition, there are several magazines and newspapers to cater for the need of the students of the Engineering and Management courses. Furthermore, the library has an automated Bar Code Mechanism to access books easily. CMRTC infrastructure also includes a digital library which provides access to e-Books, e-Journals and e-content to the students.

Dispensary: CMRTC infrastructure includes the college's separate medical or sick room. The college has a tie-up with Malla Reddy hospital for Free Medical Treatment and Preliminary medicines for staff members and students. In addition, there are also ambulance services for emergency transfers and first aid kits in all departments.

Green Campus: CMRTC campus works hard with several initiatives to make itself a green campus. The college aims to decrease the growing environmental and ecological crisis by adopting green ways for sustainable development. The initiatives are listed below.

Indoor Sports Complex: The CMRTC infrastructure includes an international standard Badminton Court, snooker games, table tennis table, carrom, chess game and a yoga centre. The main objective is to line up with the National Programme for Development of Sports, "Khelo India", which encourages students to pursue sports and fitness in their life.
