Placements & Internships : Yes, there are internships. In the first year, it is for one week and in the second year, it is for one month. There are so many big companies which are offering internships like Power grid corporation and many software companies. Through the programme duration, you will gain invaluable practical experience by way of the Practice School, an internship concept first popularized by MIT, USA. You will get to interact with industry leaders and be exposed to companies doing cutting edge work. During your stay at BMU, you will spend between 10 to 28 weeks, which is around 10 to 22% of your contact hours, interning with industry and gaining real-world knowledge.

Academics & Faculty : The classes start at 9:30 A.M and end at 5:30 P.M. There are different innovative projects given like Joy of Engineering, Workshop Practice, and Physics. Quality and Method of teaching is quite advanced and hands-on experience is practiced.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : As University is new, it has a very good infrastructure and design. BMU is a fully residential and co-educational university which has the capacity to accommodate 5000 students on its campus. Designed by world-renowned architects, HOK, USA, the 50-acre BMU campus has all the facilities and resources to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The campus has separate hostels and messes for boys and girls, a first-aid center, a chemist, an ambulance and doctor on call, cafeterias, bank/ATM, a courier service, a general store, a book shop, a sports shop, and a bus-shuttle to Gurgaon and adjoining towns. The entire campus including the hostel is wi-fi enabled.

Clubs & Associations : We have 20 clubs in our campus as per the following. The extra-curricular life of students at BMU is organized under the three Boards and over 20 clubs and societies: Board of Cultural and Creative Activities (BCCA, Board of Technical Societies (BTS) and Board of Sports Activities (BSA). BCCA oversees clubs and societies related to performing arts, fine arts, literature, debating and public speaking, women empowerment, culinary and photography. BTS oversees clubs and societies related to Robotics, Automobile, Computer Machinery, Science and Technology, BSA organizes all intra and inter-institutional sporting events and competitions. Each of the Boards includes Board Supervisors who are senior faculty, elected student representatives and faculty club mentors of different clubs. They have a pre-defined annual budget that is managed by the Club Presidents under the guidance of the club mentors. The objective of the structure is to facilitate the students to take complete charge of all matters of extra-curricular and residence life and also lead inter-institutional associations on their own.

Placements & Internships : Throughout the duration of the programme, students will gain invaluable practical experience by applying this interdisciplinary and integrated learning to real-world problems. This will be made possible by way of Practice School, an internship concept. This initiative will enable students to undergo meaningful work experience – over a period of four years, SOET students will spend around 28 weeks, or 22% of their total contact hours, interning with a cross-section of industry. Practice School internships are courses with credit units and the grade so earned will be included in the cumulative GPA. BML Munjal University has adapted, extended and implemented the tried and tested Practice School model. The salient features of BMU’s Practice School include: • Institutionalised linkage between University and Industry• Internships and industry visits organised by BMU, rather than by individual students• Applicable to all degree programs• The three Practice School internships are courses that have credit units and contribute to theGrade Point Average• Total duration of Practice School for B.Tech. students is 31-32 weeks, comprising three PracticeSchool courses of 1 week, 8 weeks and 22 weeks respectively• Student involvement in real-life projects.• Continuous internal evaluation system.• Monitoring and evaluation by resident faculty member.• Industry gets industry-ready students, particularly during their 22 week Practice School-3 course in the final year. As a result, industry is thus assured of a regular availability of fresh, young, energetic minds, who have the technical knowledge, practical capabilities, and soft skills required to make an impact in the workplace.

Method of teaching is practical and hands on experience and quality is up to the mark. The overall experience is amazing .

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : It has an amazing infrastructure and newly built buildings.There is one boys hostel tower,4 boys hostel apartments and 1 girls apartment and a faculty apartment. Food is given by Sodexo and is very good. Campus is full ac n wifi enabled and each classroom has projector screen.
