Masters’ Union Admission 2026

Admission to Masters’ Union requires a valid MUSAT (Masters’ Union Scholarship Aptitude Test) score or other accepted standardised test scores, depending on the programme selected. The selection process also includes a video essay and a personal interview. The institute follows a holistic evaluation approach, assessing candidates based on academic performance, work experience, and extracurricular involvement, in line with its competitive acceptance rate.

For the UG programmes and PGP in Technology and Business Management, admissions are conducted in three rounds:

  • Round 1: 15 October 2025 – 5 December 2025

  • Round 2: 20 December 2025 – 23 February 2026

  • Round 3: To Be Decided (TBD)

For the PGP in Capital Markets and Trading, the Round 3 deadline is 31 August 2025.

  3. Complete the application form by entering academic details and uploading your resume and supporting documents.

    • UG applicants: Submit academic records, MUSAT/JEE/SAT/ACT scores, extracurricular achievements (if any), and CFA/CA eligibility details for the UG Finance & Economics programme.

    • PGP applicants: Provide MUSAT/CAT/GMAT/GRE scores, work experience (if applicable), and extracurricular details to strengthen the application.

  4. After submission, record and upload a 3-minute video essay based on the given prompt within 7 days of the round deadline, demonstrating communication and structured thinking skills.

  5. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview, with details shared 3–5 days in advance. Candidates must also complete an AI-based assessment on the interview day to evaluate critical thinking skills.

  6. Applicants will receive either an admission offer, a non-ranked waitlist status with periodic updates, or a rejection (with the option to reapply in the following academic year).

Personal Interview & Final Decision

Candidates shortlisted by the admissions committee attend an interview conducted by Masters’ Union alumni and leadership members. The final selection decision is based on overall academic strength, professional background, communication abilities, and interview performance. Selected candidates are given 7–14 days to confirm their admission offer.
