Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development offers scholarships to students with exemplary academic performance. In addition, scholarships are also offered to economically weaker students. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college to avail of the scholarships. Further details about the Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development scholarship are given below.

• M.S. Pillai memorial scholarship: The scholarship is provided to two students by a committee comprising industry experts who were students of Prof. M.S. Pillai and the Sadhana Educational & Empowerment Foundation representatives.
• Sri Venkateswara Scholarship: The BIMHRD scholarship is given to a total of 12 students (3 each from 4 institutes) by a committee of University officials headed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of the main criteria for selection is the socio-economic background of the students. The scholarship at BIMHRD offers 50% of the academic fee to the selected students.
• Grateful GNR Scholarship: The Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development scholarship is granted only to the wards of JCOs and other ranks service/ex-servicemen from the artillery regiments of the Indian Army. The scholarship includes complete academic fees for a total of 8 students (4 boys and 4 girls). The eligible candidate's parents must obtain a recommendation letter from their respective headquarter and submit the same to the institute along with an application.
