Ashoka University and Penn Strengthen Long-standing Collaboration to Develop Global Opportunities in Science and Technology - Ashoka University has signed an MoU with Penn Engineering (University of Pennsylvania) to promote collaborative research, faculty–student exchanges, and joint academic initiatives. The partnership includes a new 4+1 program that allows outstanding Ashoka undergraduates to pursue an accelerated master’s degree at Penn by transferring up to three approved courses. The collaboration aims to expand opportunities for research, innovation, symposia, and access to advanced laboratories.
Ashoka University offers financial aid in the form of scholarships and education loans to students. The ability to pay a candidate is determined by the financial resources available to their immediate families, such as current income, savings, investments, and education loans, to cover the predicted school costs. The Ashoka University scholarship is awarded to help the students bridge the gap between the program's cost and their financial ability to pay. More details regarding the scholarship are given below.
Merit cum Means Scholarship
Ashoka University provides first-ever merit cum means scholarship for outstanding Undergraduate candidates who plan to major in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science. A total of 25 Ashoka University scholarships are awarded based on need-based financial aid to the students. Five students will receive a 100% tuition and residence waiver and the remaining 20 receiving a 100% tuition waiver.
