Dining Services: On-campus dining & catering services serves around 2000 meals per day. A four-story dining hall with several food stations that serves students, instructors, and employees, serving fresh meals from a range of cuisines as determined by the mess committee. The dining kitchen has a bakery, which regularly produces freshly baked bread, confectionery goods, sweets and savoury items.

Library: Ashoka University library has a massive collection of articles, online catalogues, free academic ebooks, thesis on liberal Arts, journals and many more. Students can access the digital library with their registered mail id.

Transport: The university provides a shuttle service through tempo travellers to and from Jahangirpuri metro station and Ashoka University Campus, as per the approved and advertised schedule, for students, staff, and visitors.

Medical Services: An ambulance is available on campus 24x7. The nursing staff quickly reports the incident to the appropriate authorities in such cases.

Amphitheatre: Ashoka University has two open amphitheatres. They're utilised for various cultural events, including music, theatre, talks, poetry readings, documentary screenings, language festivals, art competitions, and more.

Classrooms: It has 90 classrooms and 12 teaching and research labs. Classrooms vary in size and features that aid in delivering lectures and discussion sessions based on the lecturer's needs.

Courier: Courier services are also provided by the administration department. On working days between 5 pm and 6 pm, students can contact the reception desk on the ground level to send out their couriers on a pay-as-you-go basis. The consignees should keep track of their AWB numbers because the university is not responsible for the shipment at any point.

Hostel: The Ashoka University hostel is assigned on a twin-sharing basis. At least one executive team member from the residence life office is assigned to each residential building. Their key responsibilities include managing student check-in and check-out, responding to emergencies managing building infrastructure, coordinating in-hall housekeeping and maintenance workers. Each residence hall has a common area, dining floor, and gymnasium.

SIM Cards: After completing the relevant papers during the new batch's onboarding in the new academic year, mobile SIM cards can be purchased at the SIM Card kiosk (location will be mentioned when the camp is held). Prepaid and postpaid SIM cards are also available. In addition, users can use the CUG and circle portability facilities. This is a one-on-one transaction between the student and the service provider.

Housekeeping: Students must deposit rubbish in the central dustbins on their respective floors. The cleaning team cleans each washroom regularly, according to a predetermined schedule printed behind the door. In addition, housekeeping workers will clean students' rooms once a week exclusively in the presence of the student. Collpoll, the campus service request app, must be downloaded on mobile devices or logged in through the portal. Only this app can be used to make cleaning requests weekly.

Laundry: A centralised laundry service is available on a predetermined collection and return schedule in standard laundry bags issued by the laundry vendor. Washing machines are also available in the residence hall washrooms for innerwear laundry. In addition, the laundry service provider might provide special dry cleaning of apparel on a payment basis.

ATM: The Ashoka University infrastructure has ATMs near the dining hall on campus.

Changing Rooms: Students can use a locker to store their items during semester breaks or holidays. Lockers are available for INR 450/- on advance payment (for June, July and August only). Students should contact the administration help desk or reception desk for locker reservations on the ground floor administration block. The service is offered from 10 am to 5 pm on working days.

Mailroom: There is a mailroom where you can receive any mail, including couriers. The service is offered from 9:30 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5:30 pm.
