Apollo School of Nursing Delhi Admission

The school conducts its admission each year for those candidates seeking admission in numerous diploma, UG, PG degree level courses. The application form should be carefully filled in by the candidate manually, An incomplete application may lead to its rejection. Foreign candidates can also apply for the said course. They are required to submit a certificate indicating proficiency in the English language & holding an equivalent 10+2 standard certificate and
equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, Indian Nursing Council, and concerned embassy. Following are the steps of the admission procedures to be followed:

  • Complete application form with all essential documents must be submitted by hand/post to the institution on or before the last date.
  • The result of the entrance/ selection test will be displayed on the school notice board. Each candidate is responsible to see the selection list, give written acceptance and deposit fee on or before the stipulated date.

A few important points to be noted for admission are:

  • Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right and the institution reserves the right of admission.
  • The candidate should meet the criteria for admission.
  • The candidate should clear the written exam and interview.
  • All original documents will be verified by the selection committee.
  • Admission of the candidate is provisional until the verification of the documents is done by the concerned educational council/ board from which the candidate has passed class 10+2 / ANM.
  • Medical examination will be conducted at Apollo Hospital, IMCL, on payment of Rs. 2500/-(subject to change as per management decision).
  • The candidate should be medically fit.

Apollo School of Nursing Delhi Eligibility Criteria

Admission of students is conducted once every year and the students seeking admission to the nursing program of the institution are required to follow the basic eligibility criteria while applying. The following are the eligibility criteria that are to be followed on the basis of the chosen field of study offered by the Apollo School of Nursing Delhi:

  • Minimum education is class 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% in the qualifying examination and english individually from any recognized board with science/ humanities/ commerce subjects.
  • Any three subjects from the following will be considered for admission apart from english/ physics/ chemistry/ biology/ mathematics/ commerce/ accountancy/ economics/ business study/ computer science/informatics practical/ word processing/ multimedia / history/ geography/ civics/ sociology/ psychology/ political science/ home science.
  • Students must have passed in all the subjects of class 10+2 (Five subjects as per C.B.S.E policy).
  • Candidates from recognized State & National open school / vocational ANM course registered ANM are also eligible to apply.
  • 5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST category candidates.
  • Candidates should be fluent in English.
