Placement Cell :

The Placement cell facilitates the students to explore the world of employment and new career avenues. It also helps students in career planning through counseling where in they gather information about themselves in terms of their interests, aptitudes and abilities so that they can choose their career more effectively.

The objective of the Placement cell is also on the professional development of the students by training them towards employability skills such as resume building, group discussion and interview skills which in turn helps the students to move into a desired occupation and/or apply in prestigious postgraduate and professional schools.

The Placement cell takes the initiative to explore new career avenues for graduates and post graduates through visits to new companies and unexplored sectors. Campus recruitments are organized every year. The selection process generally starts with a pre-placement talk in which a firm/organization gives the students insights into the company profile, job profile, career path etc. which is followed by the actual selection process i.e., written test, group discussion, interview etc.

The recognition of academic excellence of our college by various surveys is a reiteration of our quality enhancement and sustenance. During the previous year more than 25 corporate organizations visited our campus to recruit prospective employees from various streams of study at Post Graduate and Graduate Levels. The overwhelming feedback from our recruiters regarding the performance of the earlier batches is an assurance of their trust in the quality of our pedagogy. Over the past years, most of students have been placed in reputed and top firms.

Recruiters and Companies :

Our excellent placement team comprising of experienced professionals has strong interface with industry. The Center organizes on-campus and off-campus recruiting events where companies are invited to participate and discuss various career opportunities in their organizations. Recognizing the importance attached to placement activities, there is a Placement Committee to provide over all supervision and directions for final Placements of the students.  AIIM has a tie-up with a professional company, which is pioneer in the world of job recruitment to explore career opportunity. It has more than 100 companies to its, credit offering jobs to the students.
