Adesh University Research and Development:

Adesh University has been constantly working in several areas of research and development. The University promotes research and innovation and hence has created an organization and centres for the same.

Research and Development Organisation

The organization was established with the idea of supporting the ongoing researches and projects. It consists of a committee who monitors the working of all the researches and channelize various researches for funding to other organizations.

Centre of Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research

The centre works to promote and support the research work in the fields of Biotechnology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Dental Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences. It also facilitates collaborations between researches within the country and abroad.

Advanced Centre for Research in AYUSH Systems of Medicine

This centre has been established to be a part of collaborative programmes with SRM University, Banaras Hindu University, Gene Foundation of India and Industrial partners. The focus areas for the drug discovery program and drug development for the collaboration are mentioned below.

Endocrine and Metabolic disorders including certain psychosomatic disorders
Preventive Cardiology
Neurodegenerative disorders
Auto-immune and allergic disorders

Adesh University Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D	The applicant must secure at least 55% marks in MD/ MDS or M.Sc in Relevant Specialization
MD	The applicant must have completed MBBS or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized organization
MS	The applicant must have a degree MBBS or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized organization
MBBS	The applicant must have completed 10+2 from a recognized Board The applicant must have appeared for a relevant entrance exam
MBA	Candidate must have completed MBBS/ BD/ BVSc/ BAMS/ B.Sc (Nursing)/ BPT/ B.Pharm or Bachelor degree from an Approved University with Minimum pass marks of 40%
B.Sc	The applicant must secure a minimum of 45% marks[40% for SC/ST candidates] in 10+2 with Medical from a recognized Board 10+2 with English as one of the subjects

Adesh University Admissions:

The candidates are selected on the basis of marks in 10+2 examination or graduation marks.
The selected candidates are called for personal interview.
Shortlisted candidates are called for further counselling and admission

There are separate hostels for boys and girls with 24/7 security.
The hostels provide good quality food.
