CBSE 10th Home Science Syllabus 2024-25: Practical
The 30 marks for the internal assessment include laboratory and project work. Students will be assessed based on their Knowledge, application and understanding. The following are topics to be covered under the practical.
- Make a suitable play material for children (group activity)
- Plan a balanced meal for yourself.
- Make a one-day time plan for yourself.
- Write a report on any five malpractices you have observed in the market and write your responsibilities as a consumer in each context.
- Prepare a slogan/poster to create awareness of consumer education
- Remove stains from white cotton fabric: curry, grease, ball pen ink, lipstick, tea and coffee
- List five areas of agreement and disagreement each with parents, siblings, and friends, and give your suggestions to improve the relationships.
CBSE Class 10 Home Science Syllabus 2024-25: Evaluation Criteria
The class 10 Home Science syllabus CBSE board is divided into theory and practicals. The theory paper contains 70, and the internal assessment has 30 marks.
