Supreme Court on UPSC Civil Services Extra Attempt Case
On Feb 22, 2023, the Supreme Court denied the plea submitted by candidates for age relaxation and extra attempt for UPSC Civil Services Exam.
Justice Rahotagi said, ‘Let Government as a matter of policy take a call. But we have to draw a line if you want a judicial review. When the court has pronounced a judgement, you cannot keep filing petitions. We have to draw a line somewhere.’
