- The administration will deduct 40% of the total marks in the Madhyamik Pariksha or Equivalent Examination (10+2) from the summation of the best five/four subject marks in the class 10+2/equivalent examination to prepare the merit list,
- College admissions will not require any physical presence on college grounds.
- 22% for SC, 6% for ST, 10% for OBC-A, and 7% for OBC-B are reserved for the candidates belonging to the respective categories.
- Seats in reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) are only open to applicants who have a caste certificate from the appropriate authority in West Bengal.
- PWD applicants seeking admission under this category must have a minimum of 40% disability certificates from the appropriate authorities of West Bengal.
