The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducted across various examination centers within the country at the same time. CBSE class 12thth history exam 2021 will assess students through theoretical exams with a weightage of 80 marks as well as from project work with a carrying weightage of 20 marks that were submitted prior to the commencement of CBSE class 12th board exams.

CBSE Class 12th History Exam Pattern 2021
CBSE class 12th history paper 2021 will be conducted for 80 marks. The three major units that the class 12th history paper-covered were Ancient India, Medival India, and Modern India. Both Medival and Modern India were tested for a total of 25 marks while Ancient India had a weightage of 24 marks. The remaining marks came from the 6 questions that were asked in the form of map-based questions carrying one mark each. CBSE class 12th history paper was divided into 5 sections based on the type of questions that were asked. CBSE Class 12th History Paper 2021 Analysis - Student Feedback
Students rated the CBSE class 12th history paper 2021 to be of moderate difficulty. Most questions were said to have been easy, but there were also a few tricky questions that were asked. However, the exam pattern was similar to that of the previous year's papers and the CBSE class 12th history sample paper. In fact, some of the students mentioned the repetition of around 3-4 questions from previous years' papers. Some students said that the 3-mark and 8-mark questions were comparatively easier compared to other sections. As the objective type questions were a new addition to the exam pattern this year, most students found some of these questions to be slightly tricky because of their ambiguity and required a lot of time to answer due to the in-depth knowledge that one had to have from all three major units. Some students found the class 12th History exam 2020 to be lengthy but all students were able to complete their paper on time.
CBSE Class 12th History Paper 2021 Analysis - Teachers Review
According to teachers, the CBSE class 12th history paper 2021 will be a standard paper and will be well-balanced. They agreed that the level of difficulty will be moderate. One of the teachers also said that around 65% of the CBSE class 12th history paper will be easily be attempted by average students. The paper this year stressed more on medieval and modern India. In modern India, there was more emphasis on the Gandhian era. The class 12th history paper 2021 will contain questions that were from the prescribed syllabus of NCERT. The teachers also mentioned that all three sets of CBSE class 12th history paper 2021 will be similar in nature in terms of difficulty and the type of questions that were asked.
