Eligibility Criteria for BA LLB, BBA  LLB:

• The candidates should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government recognized board.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ ST candidates) for the admission at Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
• Candidates who have appeared for HSC finals and awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.
• Applicants who have obtained 10+2 through open universities systems directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible for the law courses.
• The total intake is 180 seats which include 120 for BBA LLB and 60 for BA LLB.

Step 1: To apply for law courses, candidates have to appear and clear the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET).

Step 5: Then applicants must register online for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET). For more details about registration (Both SET as well as SLS, NODA) and payment (online/ offline), click on ‘Register Now’ and complete the process.

Admission Process at Symbiosis Law School, [SLS] Noida

Admission Process for BA LLB, BBA LLB:

Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the SET score.

The short listed candidates will be invited for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) at:

• Symbiosis International University Noida Campus (Symbiosis Law School, Block A 47/ 48, Sector 62, NOIDA-201301)
• Symbiosis International University Pune Campus (Symbiosis Law School Pune, Survey No 227, Plot 11, Rohan Mithila, Opposite of Pune Airport, New Airport Road, Viman Nagar, Pune - 411014)

Final Merit list shall be drawn on the basis of SET Score (50%) and PI-WAT performance (50%). In other words, it will be based on the cumulative marks scored on the scale of 100 marks wherein SET score will be scaled down to 50 marks i.e., 50% weight age and the remaining 50% weight age will be assigned as follows - Personal Interaction (PI) - 30 marks i.e., 30% and Written Ability Test (WAT) - 20 marks i.e., 20%.

Note:

All or any disputes relating to the selection, cancellation of admission, refund of fees, examination, certification, and disciplinary matters shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Pune or Noida courts/ forums only. And for the purpose of writ jurisdiction, the jurisdiction shall be exclusively High Court of Bombay at Mumbai.
