Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, Chittoor is known as IIIT Sri City was established in 2013 by MHRD, Government of India as an institute of national importance by an act of parliament. IIIT Sri City institute was set up by the Government of India along with the government of Andhra Pradesh and industry partners represented by Sri City foundation as a public-private-partnership (PPP) institution. IIIT offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, and Ph.D courses in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. 

The Institute is located in Sri City, about 60 KMs from Chennai on the Nellore Highway. The nearest airports are Chennai (70 KMs) and Tirupati (70 KMs). The Institute also offers students a unique opportunity to actively take part in research which would help create innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. IIIT Sri City Admission 2024

IIIT Sri City was established in the year 2013. IIIT Sri City admission can be done on Bachelors' and Masters' degree Program. IIIT offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, and Ph.D courses in the areas of Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. All the programmes offered by the college are flexible and modern. Candidate must satisfy certain eligibility criterias and should have a valid score in entrance exam for admission to any course. IIIT Sri City offers Undergraduate Programs focused on Information Technology – B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (200 seats) and B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (70 seats). Admission is based on joint entrance examination (JEE Main). Admissions are open to all classes, religions, races and genders including transgender. IIIT Sri City offers PG courses like M.Tech and MS. M.Tech in AI and Machine Learning is a two-year program in IIIT Sri City offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Admission criteria/policies for the M.Tech programmes will be decided by the Senate following the guidelines issued by the MHRD, Government of India from time to time. M.Tech is a two year degree program offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. MS programme is offered in CSE and ECE programmes by the Institute.
