The last date to fill out the SSC MTS application form 2024 is Jun 6, 2024.
SSC MTS Notification 2024 was set to be released by the Staff Selection Commission alongside the SSC 2024 notification on the official website at ssc.nic.in. The SSC MTS Application Form 2024 was said to be available from May 7, 2024. While, the last date to apply shall be Jun 6, 2024. However, this has been delayed till further notice.
Now, the SSC MTS Havaldar 2024 Notification is expected to be out on May 20, 2024.
Candidates can apply for the vacancies available through the MTS exam. SSC notified about the vacancies, eligibility criteria, age limit, and other details about the MTS exam 2024. The number of seats shall be notified on the same day.

SSC MTS 2024 Eligibility Criteria
According to SSC MTS notification 2024, candidates must pass a certain age limit and educational qualification to appear for the examination. Following are the details of the SSC MTS Eligibility 2024 mentioned in the notification.
Age Limit Criteria in the MTS Notification 2024
Candidates are required to be aged 18 to 25 to apply for the MTS examination 2024. Following is the tabular data regarding the age of relaxation provided to a category.

Educational Qualification in the MTS Notification 2024
Candidates must have completed the 10th class from a recognised institute or state board to apply for the MTS examination.
SSC MTS 2024 Selection Process
Candidates for SSC MTS recruitment will have to go through three stages to complete the selection process. Aspirants need to complete the test to proceed further in the document verification round. Those who fail to pass at any stage will be disqualified.
The three stages to be cleared are as below-
- Stage 1: Paper 1
- Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (only for the post of Havaldar)
- Stage 3: Document verification round
SSC MTS Salary 2024
SSC MTS notification states that the basic pay of Multi Tasking Staff and Havaldar is Rs.18,000 to Rs.22,000 per month. The post comes with a pay band of Rs.5,200 to Rs.20,200 depending on the city the employee is allocated and the job post.
SSC MTS Application Fees 2024
According to the MTS Notification 2024, applicants have to pay a fee after filing the SSC MTS Application Form 2024. The payment can be made online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit Cards, UPI, etc.
Candidates categorised in SC/ST/PWBD and female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. The applicants belonging to other categories are required to pay Rs.100.
