SSC MTS Recruitment Process
Given below is the step-by-step process for SSC MTS 2024 recruitment. Candidates will be hired after clearing all the recruitment processes.
- Step 1: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) selection process starts with an online written examination. SSC MTS 2024 exam tests a candidate's reasoning ability, Numerical ability, General knowledge, and basic English language skills.
- Step 2: Aspirants shortlisted in the objective type examination will have to appear for a descriptive-type test paper which will be offline.
- Step 3: The candidates will have to go through document verification after successfully passing the written exam.
- Step 4: Aspirants who pass the descriptive English test will be called for an interview.
- Note: The cut-offs may vary in both papers as per the vacancies in each State/UT. Candidates for each State/UT will be finally shortlisted on the basis of their exam performance in Paper I and Paper 2.

SSC MTS 2024 Recruitment Grade Pay

- First Promotion: INR 1900/- after 3 years of service.
- Second Promotion: INR 2000/- after 3 years of service.
