GMC Srinagar was established in 1959. Government Medical College, Srinagar is situated in Srinagar, Jammu, and Kashmir. It is one of the renowned and oldest institutions in North India. The institute started with 50 students. GMC, Srinagar introduced post-graduation programs and para-medical training with radiographers, lab attendants, technicians, pharmacists, etc. The college attracted students from all over the globe and is known for providing quality education in medical science.

GMC, Srinagar has provided excellent undergraduate and postgraduate courses for students who wish to pursue their careers in health science. The courses offered covered all specializations of medicine, surgery, and gynaecology. The college is also associated with seven hospitals. GMC Srinagar Admission 

GMC Srinagar 2022 selection is based on an entrance examination that is conducted by the university. The mode of the examination is online. The PG and UG admission are begun by filling up the online application form with the correct details. GMC MBBS admission depends upon the eligibility and valid test score of the NEET UG examination and diploma admission 2021 is based on entrance test score and eligibility followed by a presentation and personal interview. GMC MD/ MS admission is based on marks scored in the NEET-PG exams.

GMC Srinagar Result

GMC results for the 2022 entrance exam will be released in June 2022. The exams are conducted in April and May 2022. Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for revaluation before the mentioned date. The revaluation application process is online and can only be done through the official website. To check the results, students can follow the steps mentioned below
