2020 was the second year for placements of this college and even then, talents have shown and the highest off campus placement has been up to 42lpa in San Fransisco. Seniors are really helpful and supportive when it comes to studies, ragging is prohibited and strict actions are taken by hostel warden over ragging. The alumni network is therefore strong too as seniors love to keep touch with juniors whom they spent so much time with. The on campus placements are still surpringly upto 7 lpa for ECE students in the second year of college placements.

4 hostels for boys and 1 for girls, although the boy to girl ratio in the college is drastic, the college always keeps on improvising measures for safety of girls and their comfort. No need of PG's Food in the college canteen is healthy and at moderate costs. The whole college and hostel campus is powered by Jio WiFi and the library provides the necessary books free of cost to students. Various geographical qualities of the place make weather pleasant and comfortable to live in.

Seats are granted on basis of Rank in JEE Mains held twice every year. People with low ranks can get seats here too. I have seen students from general category get seats up to 80k AIR rank. The college is a good place in terms of knowledge and if you need 4 years of living in heaven.

We have plenty of time for extra curricular activities after completion of classes. There are regular assignments given by professors to keep the students busy and to improve their knowledge apart from theory. The professors are friendly and helpful as far as possible. But there is always an environment of discipline and respect when professors are around. It is nice being around them as they are inspiring and helpful.

Rs. 2,50,000 /- is the course fee per year at Indian Institute of Information Technology, [IIIT] Manipur. Lower for other categories. Which is very moderate considering the fact that education today is quite expensive. Government and home state scholarships are a relief for students from U.P. , Rajasthan , Bihar and Jharkhand.

Almost 90% students avail to scholarships made by the governments of their home states. One may need loans if the financial crisis is still dominant after scholarships but that case rarely arises and loans are readily available.

All kind of talent is respected and nurtured, the cultural society and the cultural secretary are always vigilant on that matter. Diwali, Holi, are the only festivals that are celebrated here. Apart from that, college may remain closed on various local festivities throughout the year. Life is good in college with good friends and helpful seniors.I really enjoy these golden years.
