Roorkee College of Engineering has been excelling in providing placements to its students year after year. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Indiamart, HCL, and HP approach the Institute for recruitment. 

It also provides effective industry interaction and a Monthly Industrial visit to impart realistic and practical knowledge to the students. The institute has been awarded the best placement award in North India. 

RCE is located on the outskirts of Roorkee town on Roorkee Haridwar, Canal Road. It is spread over an area of 25 acres with the pollution-free atmosphere.

• RCE provides hostel accommodation to its students and the rooms are well-furnished, hygienic and have ultra-modern facilities. There are separate hostels for girls and boys and they can accommodate 600 boys and 150 girls. The hostels are WiFi-enabled and the security guards are present 24x7 for the safety of the students.

The students get admission in engineering courses through state/national level entrance Examinations. Admission to the B.Tech programme will be offered based on the score of JEE MAIN. Admission to M.Tech will be on the basis of the GATE score. Roorkee College of Engineering admission to the other courses is on the basis of merit in Senior Secondary School.
