Well, for Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, there are a lot of companies willing to hire. Though, the salary would be less. There are various companies that hire students from our campus like Mozilla Firefox, Red Hat, Google, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and many others. Average salary after Bachelors degree would be INR 2,50,000/annum. Well, there are companies that come and hire but generally, students go for higher studies and hence don't join companies.
There are two hostels one for boys in SB Road and one for girls just beside the college. The girls' hostels are quite spacious and the fee is INR 95,000/annum INR 55,000 mess + INR 40,000 stay).
So first, you've to apply for SET (Entrance exam for Bachelor's). Then they set a cut-off. Students who score above the cut off are short-listed for PI-WAT (Personal Interview, Written Ability Test). They call you for an interview either in Delhi or Pune. The SET score constitutes 30 %, PI-WAT constitutes 60% and 10th and 12th grade constitutes 10 %. Cut-offs differ from year to year.
The class timings are generally from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm or 5:30 pm. Some times, the minimum class timings are from 8:30 am. Maximum it can go till 8:00 pm. The method of teaching is just like any other college (PPTs, etc) Quality of teaching is average. The overall experience of our college is fair.

There is a technical fest that is held every year called GNUnify. Various speakers from successful companies come and conduct various talks, hands-on sessions. Life outside college is what you experience at SICSR. The life is pretty good and really fun.
